Datacenter Information

Relyanet's servers are housed in four of The Planet's Dallas, Texas-area datacenters. Ranging from 22,000 to more than 78,000 square feet, these world-class datacenters utilize top notch technology to ensure that servers stay cool, secure, and up at all times. The datacenters feature redundant power, HVAC, and fire detection systems, and are monitored 24/7 by both Relyanet and The Planet's Network Operation Centers.

 

Network & Server Monitoring

In addition to a fully redundant network and world-class data centers, Relyanet engineers and technicians monitor all network and servers systems around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Servers are monitored and issues are mitigated before they become serious. Additionally, the network and datacenters are monitored and managed by on-site technicians dedicated to ensuring maximum uptime and reliability. Security & Redundancy Information

In addition to our redundant systems and data center provisiosn, our customers enjoy off-site backup solutions to help secure their data in case they loose it. Though it is typically the customers responsibility to backup their data, we believe that it's always better to be safe than sorry. All data is scanned to and from off-site systems for viruses and potential malware. These are service we provide as added value to our Relyanet family of costomers.
